We build fewer homes, so we can build them properly

Maya Thornton founded Tallow & Stone in 2014 after ten years building other people's projects. The first rule was simple: every home gets a shaded porch or terrace big enough to eat outside.

Twelve years and 310 homes later the rule has not changed. We still build one or two developments at a time, with the same architects, the same sales team and a site visit every Friday.
