Choose your home and secure it with a refundable deposit. Your price and floor are held while you review the contract.
Contract
Sign the purchase agreement within 30 days, with your own lawyer and our sales team on hand.
Build
Follow progress with monthly site updates and two hard-hat tours before the facade closes.
Handover
Walk-through, punch list, keys. Your porch is ready for its first dinner outside.
Can I visit before construction is finished?
Yes. Our sales gallery at 1100 E 6th St has a full-size model home, material samples and a porch mock-up. Book a viewing any day of the week.
How much is the deposit?
A $20K reservation deposit, fully refundable until you sign the contract. It is held in escrow and counts towards your purchase price.
Can I customize finishes?
Yes, within the two curated palettes for each development. Buyers who reserve before the facade closes can also choose their cabinetry and stone.
What is included in the HOA fee?
Building insurance, pool and garden care, gym, water and a reserve fund. Your sales contact will send the full breakdown with the price list.
Do you work with international buyers?
Yes. The schedule is the same for every buyer, and we coordinate lawyers and lenders across time zones. Viewings can be held on video with the model home.
