Tallow & Stone is the developer and seller of the homes shown on this site. When this policy says "we", it means Tallow & Stone and its sales team. This policy covers this website and our sales gallery, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
What we collect
When you register interest, book a viewing or subscribe to updates, we collect your name, email, phone number, the development and home type you are interested in, your budget range and how you heard about us. We also collect basic analytics on how the site is used.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange viewings, send the price lists and plans you ask for, and keep you informed about the developments you registered for. We never use your details to make automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
Only with the people who need it to help you: our sales team, the agents we appoint for a development and the service providers that run our website and email. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for 24 months after our last contact, or longer if you reserve a home and the law requires us to keep purchase records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or unsubscribe from updates at any time using the link in every email.
