Most buyers at Zilker Terraces ask me the same question: what is a normal Saturday like? Here is mine.
It starts early with a swim at Barton Springs, a short walk from the homes, while the water is still quiet. Then coffee, and a stroll along the trail toward the lake.
By midday it is hot, so the afternoon is for shade. That is why every terrace has a cedar roof over the dining table and a summer kitchen close by.
Around six the heat lifts. Neighbours drift outside, someone lights the grill, and dinner happens on the terrace until well after dark.
