Holly Street Lofts is now 55% built. I walked the site on Friday morning, as I do every week, and the cedar arcade along Holly Street is starting to read as the entry it will be.
From here the work moves inside and onto the facade. Over the coming months you will see limestone cladding, windows and doors, then mechanical and electrical work, followed by finishes in the lofts.
Completion is planned for Q2 2027. If anything changes, we will tell buyers first, in writing.
You are welcome to visit. Book a viewing at the sales gallery on East 6th Street, open daily 10am to 6pm, and we will walk you through the plans and what is built so far.
Every buyer is also offered a walk through the site before completion, so you can stand on your porch and see the light for yourself.
