Buying a home that has not been built yet feels like a leap, so here is how it works at Holly Street Lofts, step by step.
First you choose a loft and book a viewing at the sales gallery, where you can walk through the plans and see the materials. When you are ready, you reserve the home and sign a purchase contract.
While we build, we send regular updates from site, and you are welcome to visit. Your payment dates are set out in the contract, so there are no surprises in the timing.
Close to completion we walk you through your home, check everything together and fix anything on the list. Then you close and collect the keys.
