Our next development has a name, an architect and a site. Mueller Courts will bring thirty townhomes around three shared courtyards, facing the Mueller lake park, with completion planned for 2028.
The homes are two and three bedrooms, from 1,150 to 1,900 sq ft, designed with Rios Lake Architects. Each one has its own porch, and each courtyard is shared by the neighbours around it.
Everyone on the early list gets floor plans and pricing before the public release in spring 2027. There is no deposit and no obligation to join.
